edv2g is run by Gerold Gruber.
His know-how for professional solutions in the area of computer and server systems, networks and effective usage of the internet results from

• uninhibited use of the educational system of the GDR,
• a course of studies with two parts (basic course electronic components at the former TH Karl-Marx-Stadt, finished as graduate engineer for information technologies at TH Ilmenau),
• beeing employed in various different sized companies as a software developer, system administrator and also project or team leader.

Starting in September 2002 Gerold Gruber is acting on the market with his "Ingenieurbüro für EDV-Beratung" (engineering office for it consulting) since then.

Over the years a great number of projects regarding the construction, the extension, optimisation or migration of data processing systems were finished.

The offers described here address explicitly small and medium enterprises (SME) without own dedicated personnel for servers or firewalls.
